The Association 'Excellence Gers' has engaged in an original, unique approach in France, based on 4 criteria.

Each authorised site undertakes to share with you the Best of Gers and proposes :
• the Best of Quality,
• the Best Origin,
• the Best of the Environment,
• the Best of Hospitality.

The credibility of the approach is based on full compliance with the Tourism and Environment Requirements defined by the Association, which complement the already existing and controlled commitments on products or services.  All sites therefore agree to be audited on a yearly basis (internal and external audits carried out by an independent control organisation:  VIGILANTIA), guaranteeing total compliance with the commitments.

More than a simple trademark, Excellence Gers has developed an efficient network of sites so you can appreciate the real nature of our region, which is based on authenticity, hospitality and love of fine foods.
